Can you MOT my vehicle while I wait?+
Yes — book a while-you-wait slot and the test takes 45–60 minutes with you in the waiting area. We test MOT Classes 4, 5 and 7: cars, motorhomes and minibuses, and vans up to 3.5 tonnes.
Will servicing with you affect my manufacturer warranty?+
No. Under Block Exemption rules you can use any independent garage, provided the manufacturer's schedule is followed and OE-quality parts are used. We do both, and we update your digital service record so the history reads exactly like a dealer stamp.
Do you offer collection and delivery or a courtesy car?+
Both. Collection and delivery is free across KT8 and the neighbouring postcodes, and a courtesy car is available by arrangement when your vehicle is in for the day. Our mobile mechanic can also do many jobs on your driveway.
How quickly can you look at a problem?+
Diagnostics and MOTs are usually bookable within the week, often within a day or two. Genuine can't-drive-it problems: call — our recovery service can bring the car in and we prioritise vehicles that are off the road.
Do you work on vans and business fleets?+
Yes — vans up to 3.5 tonnes including Class 7 MOTs in-house, and a dedicated fleet service with priority turnaround, account billing and collection from your yard. Email info@surreyautos.com for a fleet account.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major debit and credit cards including Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and cash. Fleet customers can pay on monthly account terms.
