Broken down on the M25? We’re on our way.
The M25 is the most-called road on our recovery line. We attend the south-west arc from West Molesey, attempt a roadside fix where it is safe, and recover what cannot be fixed straight to our own ramp. Coverage: J9 Leatherhead → J14 Heathrow (both carriageways).

What to do right now on the M25
- Pull onto the hard shoulder or into an emergency refuge area (ERA) — not a live lane.
- Get out of the car on the passenger side and stand behind the safety barrier.
- Call 999 if you cannot get to safety, then call us.
- When you ring us, tell us the junction number, direction of travel, and what you can see (signs, lights, signs of an ERA).
When you call us, have this ready
- Location: motorway, direction of travel, nearest junction or marker post.
- Vehicle: make, model, fuel type, and whether it will roll and steer.
- Symptoms: warning lights, noises, smoke, or a non-start? Helps us load the right kit.
- Phone signal: are you reachable? We’ll text you en route.
