Roadside emergency
Broken down on the M3? We’re on our way.
The M3 is on our doorstep — J1 Sunbury Cross is 8 minutes from the workshop. Batteries, alternators and overheats we can often sort at the roadside; anything bigger comes back to our ramp the same trip. Coverage: J1 Sunbury → J3 Bagshot (both carriageways).
Get to safety first.
Read the four steps below before doing anything else. If you can’t reach safety, dial 999 then call us.
What to do right now on the M3
- On a smart-motorway section without a hard shoulder, head to the next emergency area or exit if you can.
- If you must stop in a live lane, turn on hazards, get out on the passenger side if it is safe, and stand behind the barrier.
- Dial 999 if you are stuck in a live lane — they will close the lane via the gantry. Then call us.
- Note the marker post nearest you (small blue post with a number) — it pinpoints you to the inch.
When you call us, have this ready
- Location: motorway, direction of travel, nearest junction or marker post.
- Vehicle: make, model, fuel type, and whether it will roll and steer.
- Symptoms: warning lights, noises, smoke, or a non-start? Helps us load the right kit.
- Phone signal: are you reachable? We’ll text you en route.
